| Leas is currently focusing on building a force of teachers, healers, musicians, writers, and artists to spread knowledge and provide healing to the world in these difficult times. It is her fervent desire that the work of healing ourselves and our planet be exponential. Leas teaches several healing Qigong forms, foremost among them being Immune Enhancement Qigong, which has the ability to safeguard and strengthen our immune systems, so we can reverse flu, cold and viral imbalances using simple daily self help methods. She has developed The Creative Organ Cycle Qigong, which is a method for healing ourselves constitutionally using the Creative and Control Cycles of Chinese Medicine. Creative Organ Cycle Qigong is easy to learn and very strengthening. Leas is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Medical Qigong at the Healing Qi Institute in Los Angeles. She is quickly integrating that highly successful medical model with all of her healing technologies with very fine results for herself and those she serves. This curriculum enhances and furthers her graduate work at Five Branches College of Traditional Acupuncture in Santa Cruz that she pursued from 1992 to 1994 and her spiritual training in Kundalini and Pranic Healing in Herakhan India. She had her Kundalini raised in the traditional Hindu style in Herakhan, India in 1981, and has traveled through northern India and the Himalayas. She has had the good fortune to study under many wonderful masters and teachers. She has studied under Sensae Shekeshiro, Ben; Sensai Wendy Palmer; pursued the Sadhana of Arya Tara under the tutelage of Lama Lhanang Rinpoche; been initiated in India by Herakhan Babaji; received initiation from Kalu Rinpoche and Chagdud Rinpoche; and more recently learned Pang Ming’s Qigong through Master Mingtong Gu. Leas is an ardent supporter of Amma from Singapore; and her First Teacher, Ammachi, Mata Amritananda Mayi Devi; as well as the Green and White Taras of Buddhism, all four branches. Leas unifies Hinduism and Buddhism in her work. Leas is a master teacher in the field of Human Potential. She teaches meditative, evolutionary, and transformation technologies for personal and professional excellence, as is experienced in the Career Yes Professional Management Series. She has compiled her thirty-five plus years of study and teaching into a manual called The Human Potential Handbook, due to be published in 2009. Leas became a counselor and trainer of Gestalt and Psychodrama in Boston in 1971 through training offered at Project Place by Robert Gass and company. She studied the Transmutations of Consciousness paradigms of George Simon with Chris and Tim O’Reilly in Boston until 1974. In 1978 Leas joined up with Nancy Ann Tappe at Kairos Institute in San Diego as Director of Alternative Healing Arts for Kairos Institute. Leas is California State Certified in Transpersonal and Interpersonal Counseling, as well as Alternative Healing through Kairos Institute for Seminars and Symposiums. Combining Alternative Healing Arts, Chinese Medical Qigong, Aikido, and Tai Chi with processes in Transpersonal and Interpersonal Counseling, over the last 35+ years she has formulated a set of Hi Tech processes for Mind Body Spirit Integration and viable Human Evolution. The foundation for The Five Elements of Mind Is derived from the work of Nancy Ann Tappe and Carl Jung and has been unified with the paradigms of George Simon in a branch of Leas Maria’s work called Maps of Consciousness. The integration of these methods incorporates knowledge from various honored systems to strengthen, energize, and align the Five Elements of Mind within the Five Elements of the human body, guided by the Consciousness which guides our Cosmos. Leas had the honor of studying intensively with Nancy Ann Tappe from 1979 to 1989 and remains in communication with her presently. Leas was the CEO of Corporate Performance in Sausalito, CA; the radio show host of Corporate Performance Radio on KEST in San Francisco; and the composer of “Under the Influence of Muses”, an album of original healing music. Leas continues to produce music for all aspects of her teaching and counseling practices. In 2007 Leas produced two new music albums and four new dvds.
