Medical Qigong is the oldest branch of Chinese Medicine. We use the forms of Qigong to produce the balancing of heat, cold, damp, dry, excess or deficiency in the body. We focus the Yin and Yang in a balanced condition for practitioners. Medical Qigong also is used for those needing to rest in a chair or on a massage table.
